What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, optional company name, and message. When you use War Room tools (e.g. Vibe Checker), we may process URLs, screenshots, or text you submit to generate results. We do not sell your data.
How we use it
Contact form data is used only to respond to your inquiry. Tool inputs are used to run the requested analysis and may be cached temporarily for report sharing. We do not use client operational data to train public AI models.
Retention
Contact inquiries are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. War Room tool caches may expire automatically; shared report links use time-limited tokens. You may request deletion at any time.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for theme preference (light/dark mode) via local storage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Third parties
We use service providers for email delivery (Resend), hosting (Vercel), and optional database storage (Supabase). Model inference may use NVIDIA API endpoints when you run War Room tools. Each provider processes data under their own terms and our data processing agreements where applicable.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing hello@nxflowai.com. Indian residents may have additional rights under applicable data protection law.
