By using nxflowai.com and our War Room tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Services
NxFlowAI provides AI workflow consulting and free experimental tools. War Room tools are provided as-is during beta; outputs may be inaccurate. Paid engagements are governed by separate statements of work signed before work begins.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse rate limits, scrape the site, submit unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure. Do not use War Room tools to harass, defraud, or violate third-party rights. We may suspend access for violations.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and tool interfaces belong to NxFlowAI unless otherwise stated. Custom deliverables for paid clients are governed by the applicable statement of work.

Site content and tool outputs are for informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, or security advice. You are responsible for decisions made using our tools or materials.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NxFlowAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of free tools or site content. Paid engagements may define different liability terms in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise agreed in writing for paid contracts.
